Martin Midstream Partners LP‘s Redbird Gas Storage LLC is acquiring the Category A membership interest (about 57.8%) in Cardinal Gas Storage Partners LLC that it doesn’t already own from Energy Capital Partners (ECP) and affiliated funds. After closing of the $120 million deal, Redbird will own all of the Category A interests in Cardinal and will retire about $265 million of net project level financings currently in place at various Cardinal subsidiaries. Closing is expected during the third quarter and is not subject to antitrust review.
The Interstate Natural Gas Association of America Foundation (INGAA) and consultant ICF International have developed a database of information underpinning their long-term midstream infrastructure report, “North American Midstream Infrastructure through 2035: Capitalizing on Our Energy Abundance.” INGAA President Don Santa said the additional information can help subscribers drill down to create customized breakdowns of the projections on a regional basis for added pipelines, pump/compressor stations, midstream capital expenditures and economic projections over the next two decades. Subscribers to the midstream infrastructure data service will have access to an ICF-developed user-interface portal, allowing “easy data sorting and manipulation.” More information on getting access to the data is available by contacting ICF’s Bonnie Damstra,firstname.lastname@example.org, or (832) 699-0250.
