  • Cheniere Energy Inc. will be working through January to demobilize construction crews at its Sabine Pass LNG facility and file required information after completing construction on its third marine berth, according to a filing with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission.
  • The additional berth, completed in November, is aimed at increasing flexibility for loading and aiding future expansions at the 30.4 million metric ton/year terminal. Ship loading time tests were completed in December.
  • German environmental group Deutsche Umwelthilfe has filed a regulatory complaint to a regional regulator against the recently launched LNG terminal at Wilhelmshaven. The group requested the terminal’s permit be reduced by 10 years to expire...
