Call For Papers

Intelligence Press, Inc. is pleased to announce a call forpapers for GasMart/Power’99 to be held at the Wyndham Anatole Hotelin Dallas, Texas from May 10-12, 1999.Nearly 2,800 key industryrepresentatives attend GasMart/Power to learn about trends in theindustry, network with industry peers, and transact business.GasMart/Power’99 is the premiere trade show and conference fornatural gas and electricity buyers and marketers. Attendees areinterested in industry trends, expansion and consolidation,technology and energy solutions, environmental and regulatoryissues.

GasMart/Power’99 will offer four tracks of sessions to includeNatural Gas, Electric Power, Industry and General Interest. Thesessions will be approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes in length andmay have individual or panel presenters in a format mostappropriate for the topic being addressed.

Topics that will be considered include, but are not limited toNatural Gas Supply, Electric Power Generation and Transmission,Wholesale and Retail Energy Marketing, Environmental/RegulatoryIssues, Pipeline Issues, International Energy Issues, and theDerivatives Market.

Submitting Papers for Consideration:

1) Prospective presenters are invited to submit a one-page,double-spaced summary of their presentation. Submissions shouldidentify the potential speaker, title, company, title of thepresentation, the primary author and all co-authors. Salespresentations will not be accepted. Submissions should beobjective. Preference will be given to presenters who are employedby operating companies.

2) Intelligence Press, Inc. will consider the scope of eachsubmission on the basis of its relativity to the energy industryand specifically to the GasMart/Power attendees. Papers will bechosen on the strength of your one-page submission.

3) DO NOT SEND biographical materials, manuscripts orpromotional materials about your company or its products.

4) Presenters will be notified by Nov. 2 if theirsubmission has been selected for GasMart/Power’99. All judgmentsare final. All correspondence will be coordinated through thepotential speaker.
