After warning market-area customers of a potential Overage Alert Day in the previous couple of days, Florida Gas Transmission issued one Friday with a 20% tolerance for negative daily imbalances.

Southern California Gas extended a high-linepack OFO into Saturday.

Pacific Gas and Electric said it was able to increase Redwood Path capacity on its California Gas Transmission system from 1,805 MMcf/d to 1,850 MMcf/d Thursday, but it continued a series of high/low-inventory OFOs with 10% imbalance tolerances through Saturday.

Noting that Southern California Gas had scheduled maintenance for Wednesday to repair a cracked weld on an emergency shutdown discharge header at Wheeler Ridge Station, Kern River said the work will reduce delivery capacity by about 240 MMcf for that gas day at the utility’s Wheeler Ridge Zone receipt point, resulting in a total zone capacity of 615 MMcf. Kern River encouraged customers to use the Kramer Junction delivery meter as necessary to facilitate their deliveries into the SoCalGas system if they encounter constraints at the Wheeler Ridge meter. Kern River said its operational capacity at the Kramer Junction delivery meter is 550,000 Dth/d.
