With Florida temperatures in the 90s predicted, Florida Gas Transmission issued an Overage Alert Day for market-area customers Wednesday, setting a 20% tolerance for negative daily imbalances.

And after canceling Sunday an Action Alert aimed at averting high linepack, the growing cooling load in Florida prompted Gulfstream to issue an Operations Advisory Wednesday asking shippers not to let their deliveries out of its system exceed actual receipts into the system because linepack was now at the low end of its range of acceptable operating levels.

However, affiliates Columbia Gulf and Columbia Gas said Wednesday due to market conditions they will continue actions initiated over the holiday weekend of not allowing shippers to create long imbalances until further notice, and due-pipe imbalance makeup nominations are being restricted.

ANR reported completing engine repairs at Sandwich Compressor Station on its Michigan Leg South and said it has lifted all associated capacity restrictions.

Sea Robin Pipeline said maintenance at the Erath Compressor Station has been completed, and IT nominations from West Leg receipt points and nominations to the high-pressure delivery points downstream of Erath were being accepted for Thursday's gas day.

TGT reduced Youngsville East segment capacity to about 400,000 MMBtu/d Wednesday due to unscheduled maintenance east of the Youngsville (LA) Compressor Station. It expected to complete the work by the start of Friday's gas day.

Northern Natural Gas has scheduled annual maintenance at the Spraberry (TX) Compressor Station for July 12-14, which it said will limit Spraberry Station (group 602) receipt capacity to 130,000 MMBtu/d. Eleven points will be affected by the receipts restriction, but there will be no impact to the Spraberry to Mitchell group delivery capacity, Northern said.

Panhandle Eastern has rescheduled hydrostatic testing on the Ontario Lateral for next Tuesday. The pipeline said it will consider this work a force majeure event, and the Union Ojibway-Wayne County location will be unavailable that day.
