Barring a late announcement to the contrary Thursday, Southern California Gas was expected to lift a high-linepack OFO Friday.

ANR said Thursday gas quality issues had been resolved at South Marsh Island 111 and it was ending all associated capacity restrictions.

Citing pipeline pressure reduction and hydrotesting, Pacific Gas and Electric said it anticipates Redwood Path (Malin to citygate) capacity on its California Gas Transmission system to be limited to 1,988 MMcf/d (94% of normal) through Oct. 2. Similarly, Baja Path (Southern California border to citygate) capacity is limited to 936 MMcf/d (82%) through Dec. 31 for the same reasons, with an additional July 1-31 restriction of Topock receipt volumes to 550 MMcf/d.

Starting Friday and until further notice, Westcoast is activating a 79% firm Raw Gas Treatment Overproduction Charge constraint at the McMahon Gas Plant. The pipeline said the action was to ensure that all firm service customers continue to have access to gathering and processing service following the plant turnaround and until train 6 is returned to service.
