Southern California Gas did not extend a high-linepack OFO beyond Sunday’s Intraday cycle nominations. However, although the e-mail notice did not get sent until late afternoon Central time, it issued a new high-linepack OFO for Tuesday with a 10% tolerance for positive daily imbalances.

Tennessee lifted Saturday an Imbalance Warning in market-area Zones 5 and 6.

Florida Gas Transmission ended Saturday an Overage Alert Day that had been in effect for the previous four days.

Saying system operating conditions had improved, Transco ended Monday an Imbalance OFO that had been implemented Saturday. However, its flexibility to manage any creation of due-shipper imbalances remains limited, Transco said.

Westcoast said Monday it has completed work required to safely return its 24-inch diameter Grizzly Pipeline segment to service and Grizzly is ready for normal operation. The Pine River Gas Plant is beginning to work through the startup process; the A and B trains were brought online Monday, with train 3 to follow within eight to 12 hours when steady operation of A and B has been established, the pipeline said. To control the Raw Gas Transmission (RGT) pressures and to ensure that all firm service customers have access to the system during startup, Westcoast activated a 50% firm service RGT constraint for Grizzly Valley producers, effective Monday until further notice.

ANR has shut in the WHEELER STATE LINE/TRNSK receipt point in its Southwest Area Pipeline Segment due to gas quality issues and is not accepting nominations there until further notice.
