Southern California Gas declared a high-linepack OFO for Saturday, setting a 10% tolerance for positive daily imbalances.

In a follow-up to its announcement that it was trying to maintain higher South System linepack due to wildfires in eastern Arizona possibly causing shifts in power generation load, El Paso said Friday it had secured additional backup generators to assist with mitigating any potential electric outages at compression facilities in the area.

A force majeure at Steele City Compressor Station and associated Segment 260 capacity constraints remained in effect until further notice Friday, Rockies Express said. However, a new power turbine for Unit #2 arrived at the site ahead of schedule that day, it added, and barring unforeseen circumstances with installing and commissioning the unit, the resumption of Steele City service was estimated to occur on or about Monday.

Gas Transmission-Northwest is soliciting binding commitments from shippers interested in acquiring firm primary receipt point rights at its Turquoise Flats interconnect with Ruby Pipeline (which is anticipated to begin service in mid-July) and the existing interconnect with Northwest at Stanfield, and a corresponding amount of available, long-term firm mainline capacity.
