Southern California Gas declared a new high-linepack OFO for Wednesday, setting a 10% tolerance for positive daily imbalances.

Columbia Gas said it had placed Line PM-3 back in service Monday and lifted an associated force majeure. The line was taken out of service following a May 5 pipe slippage.

Sea Robin Pipeline reported completion of system maintenance and repairs on the 30-inch diameter Line 708 from Eugene Island 205 to Vermilion 149 and nominations at South Marsh Island 39 were being allowed for Tuesday’s gas day. The pipeline also said the Hess Corp.-operated Sea Robin Gas Processing Plant on its system had resumed processing and plant thermal reduction nominations were being accepted for Wednesday’s gas day.

Algonquin reported Tuesday an outage of the Oxford Compressor Station in Connecticut and said while repair efforts are under way, it estimates a capacity reduction of about 210,000 Dth/d through and downstream of its Southeast Compressor Station. While there is no interruption of services, Algonquin said it will take this reduction into account as necessary in scheduling gas flows.

CIG said it was able to perform necessary repair work at Totem Storage Field “without impacting service and has determined that no further action is required that would impact service” (see Daily GPI, May 24).

TGT canceled a three-day upgrade of its Franklin (LA) meter facility that had been rescheduled to begin June 14 and would have caused a shut-in of the meter.

Operational issues at Towner Compressor Station require that it be taken offline Wednesday, Alliance said. It reduced the Authorized Overrun Service system throughput posted for Wednesday to 2% effective with Cycle 2 nominations. Alliance did not expect to return the station to service until Thursday morning.
