In e-mail notices that arrived a minute apart Thursday morning, Southern California Gas declared a high-linepack OFO for the same day and then extended it through at least Friday. The tolerance for positive daily imbalances was set at 10% in both cases. The distributor also said it will lose 30 MMcf/d of storage injection capacity from next Tuesday through June 10 due to anomaly repairs on Line 1004.

Maritimes & Northeast (M&N) said Thursday it has learned that the scheduled outage at the Canaport LNG facility in Saint John, NB, has been completed and normal operations have resumed. As a result, M&N lifted the associated imbalance warning that it had posted May 3.

Northwest reported being informed by its operator that the Jackson Prairie storage facility will have its control system upgraded during the June 1-7 period, during which the facility will be shut in and no injection or withdrawal nominations (design capacity is 943,000 Dth/d) will be accepted. Northwest said it will resume accepting Jackson Prairie nominations for the June 8 gas day but will notify customers if the work is completed earlier than scheduled. The pipeline said that while Jackson Prairie is unavailable, Northwest will have "very limited" balancing capacity and requests that customers stay closely on rate.

Tennessee said it was monitoring South Louisiana floodwater levels in the area between Main Line Valves 518 and 521, and based on current estimates, five meters (see the bulletin board for list) could remain isolated until Aug. 1.
