Southern California Gas declared a high-linepack OFO for Saturday, saying it would assess Buy-Back charges to customers that delivered into its system more than 110% of their actual gas usage on the OFO day.

Pacific Gas and Electric did not extend a systemwide high-inventory OFO beyond its two-day run through Friday.

Columbia Gas estimated Friday that a damage outage of Line P in Lawrence County, KY, would last eight to 10 days. The pipeline had declared a force majeure on the line Thursday and said capacity on its KA Low segment was reduced from 212,000 Dth/d to 144,000 Dth/d. In addition, six meters in the vicinity were shut in for the duration of the Line P outage.

Nicor Gas said an OFO Cap Day will be in effect for the last segment of work planned for May on its Dubuque Line. Starting Tuesday receipts from Northern Natural Gas at the Nicor Gas-East Dubuque interconnect will be limited to 5,000 MMBtu/d. Based on the current schedule, the restriction will continue through at least Thursday, but additional days may be required depending on how construction progresses, Nicor said. Receipts at the East Dubuque point associated with direct deliveries for end-use from there will not be affected, it added.
