Pacific Gas and Electric declared a systemwide Stage 2 high-inventory OFO on its California Gas Transmission system for Thursday, setting $1/Dth penalties for noncompliance with a 5% tolerance on positive daily imbalances.

Following through on Tuesday’s warning that one might become necessary, Florida Gas Transmission said forecasts of Florida temperatures in the mid 90s were hot enough for it to issue an Overage Alert Day Wednesday for market-area customers. A 25% tolerance for negative daily imbalances was set.

Southern California Gas did not extend a high-linepack OFO beyond Wednesday. The LDC also said it had regained 50 MMcf/d of injection capacity Wednesday at the Honor Rancho storage field following maintenance that had begun May 2.

Gulf South plans May 16-19 pigging maintenance on Index 208 (the 12-inch diameter Hayes Line) from Mile Post 0.0 to Mile Post 1.74 in Bell City, LA. Gulf South said it would contract CenterPoint about two farm taps that will be affected.
