Southern California Gas declared a high-linepack OFO for Saturday, saying it would assess Buy-Back charges in accordance with its tariff to customers that deliver more than 110% of their actual daily gas usage.

Pacific Gas and Electric extended a systemwide high-inventory OFO through at least Saturday but loosened the tolerance for positive daily imbalances from 5% to 8%.

Tennessee lifted Friday a meter/contract-specific Balancing Alert OFO at two meters but left the OFO in effect at two other locations.

Effective last Saturday until further notice, Questar is not allowing in-kind imbalance payback to the pipeline and requires shippers and point operators to have production volumes aligned with scheduled nominations.

Southern said Friday it was lifting any remaining restrictions that had been posted Dec. 16 on ISS activity at its storage fields and had resumed accepting affiliate Tennessee transfers to ISS accounts at Southern's Bear Creek facility in northwest Louisiana.

Gulf South will perform compressor maintenance at the Hall Summit Legacy Compressor Station on all three units, one at a time, beginning Tuesday for about 10 hours each day and continuing for four days. Capacity through the station could be reduced by as much as 100,000 Dth/d while each unit is offline, Gulf South said.

Saying the schedule for the second segment of work planned for May on its Dubuque Line has been finalized, Nicor Gas said based on the current construction schedule, starting Tuesday receipts from Northern Natural Gas at the Nicor Gas-East Dubuque interconnect will be limited to 25,000 MMBtu/d through at least Thursday. Additional days may be required depending on how construction progresses, Nicor said, adding that receipts at the East Dubuque point associated with direct deliveries for end-use would not be affected by the OFO Cap.

No injections or withdrawals will be allowed during June 6-13 Young Gas Storage reservoir maintenance, CIG said. This capacity outage will impact two Young interconnects with CIG and one with Public Service Co. of Colorado.
