Pacific Gas and Electric did not extend a systemwide Stage 2 low-inventory OFO beyond Thursday.

Citing limited operational flexibility to manage imbalances due to testing at its Ellisburg and Hebron storage fields, Tennessee said a systemwide Imbalance Warning will take effect Saturday. All operators of delivery points were required to keep actual daily takes out of the system equal to or less than scheduled quantities, while receipt point operators were required to keep actual receipts into the system equal to or more than scheduled quantities. Both requirements were applicable regardless of operators’ cumulative imbalance positions.

ANR reported beginning engine repairs Thursday at Joliet (IL) Compressor Station and said its total NGPL-Joliet Interconnect capacity has been reduced to 42,000 Dth/d until further notice. Based on current nominations, ANR anticipates that the cut may result in curtailment of IT and Firm Secondary nominations. ANR also said that from Friday through Monday available capacity for the Muttonville Lateral in eastern Michigan will be increased from 40,000 Dth/d to 50,000 Dth/d before being reduced to zero on Tuesday and Wednesday.

El Paso has scheduled a variety of minor maintenance projects for April on its North Mainline. Most of the capacity impacts will be negligible, but three will cause fairly sizeable reductions in North Mainline capacity from an estimated base of 2,276 MMcf/d: April 12-14, 120 MMcf/d; 260 MMcf/d, April 19; and 150 MMcf/d, April 20.
