Southern California Gas sent a notice Wednesday morning declaring a high-linepack OFO effective with that day’s Intraday 1 nominations cycle. The tolerance for positive daily imbalances was set at 10%. The OFO was not extended beyond Wednesday.

After having a high-inventory OFO in effect last Friday and Saturday, Pacific Gas and Electric issued a systemwide Stage 2 low-inventory OFO on its California Gas Transmission system for Thursday. Penalties of $1/Dth will apply to shippers who exceed a 10% tolerance on negative daily imbalances.

Tennessee reported completing abandonment of Line 509A-200 line Wednesday and said physical flow may resume at the Vermilion Blk [Block] 86 and Vermilion 65(67B) meters. The pipeline also lifted Wednesday an Imbalance Warming upstream of Station 1 (Agua Dulce, TX).
