Algonquin lifted Wednesday an imbalance warning that had been issued a week earlier. However, Algonquin added that starting Thursday it will require all delivery point operators to keep actual daily takes out of the system equal to or less than scheduled quantities until further notice, and all receipt point operators will be required to keep actual daily receipts into the system greater than or equal to scheduled quantities until further notice. Both conditions will apply regardless of an operator's cumulative imbalance position, the pipeline said.

Southern California Gas said Tuesday afternoon it had regained 40 MMcf/d of border receipt capacity at Topock, AZ, after completing repairs on a unit at its South-Needles location.

Midcontinent Express Pipeline (MEP) reported being notified by Enogex of a maintenance project that will cause a partial service reduction of MEP's Leased Capacity (Segment 10) on Enogex's system. During the April 8-11 period the work will result in 65% as the minimum percentage of Maximum Daily Quantity will be available to Leased Capacity shippers, MEP said. The percentage will change to 80% during additional maintenance set for April 26-30, it added. See the MEP bulletin board for further details.

Columbia Gas said a firm service reduction at Walgrove Compressor Station in Kanawha County, WV, had been lifted Tuesday. The interruption began March 7 and initially was expected to last 19 days.
