The e-mail notice for Thursday’s OFO was not sent until early that morning.

Columbia Gas said Wednesday it had lifted the restriction on firm service through Grant Compressor Station in Mingo County, WV. When the annual maintenance there began Feb. 7 it was expected to last only three weeks.
