Neither Southern California Gas (SoCalGas) nor Pacific Gas and Electric extended their high-linepack OFOs beyond Saturday.

Tennessee lifted Friday evening the Imbalance Warning in downstream Zones 5 and 6 that it had issued a day earlier.

SoCalGas regained 160 MMcf/d of border receipt capacity Sunday at Ehrenberg after completing ultrasonic testing on a unit at the Blythe facility.

Transco reminded customers of a previous notice about high utilization of firm services throughout most of its market area, including Compressor Station 140 near Moore, SC, required the pipeline to limit the availability of interruptible transportation services (IT and secondary FT) through this location. However, Transco said, it expects to place Phase II of its Station 85 North Expansion project into service starting May 1. One of the facilities associated with this project is a new grassroots Compressor Station 135 near Anderson, SC, that will be located at mainline milepost 1164.84. Effective May 1 the current constraint location at Station 140 will be changed to open status (IT and secondary FT will not be restricted), Transco said, and a new constraint location will be established at Station 135 for the purposes of allocating interruptible transportation services to ensure that all primary firm obligations are achieved.
