El Paso lifted Tuesday a declaration of a Strained Operating Condition for high linepack that had been issued Sunday. “Performance in the supply areas has improved and customer response has been sufficient to decrease…linepack to acceptable levels,” the pipeline said. It added that it also was ending a suspension of Interruptible Storage Service.

Northern Natural Gas will keep a System Overrun Limitation in effect through at least Wednesday for all market-area zones.

Southwest Gas said Tuesday it is issuing a Hold Burn to Scheduled Quantities notice due to its imbalance on upstream pipelines and requests to draft gas that has been banked over the last several days. Southwest customers were asked “to ensure that actual takes meet or exceed scheduled supplies, which will assist in clearing the positive imbalance that has been created on the upstream pipelines. Also, positive daily nominations for imbalance paybacks from customers to Southwest have been eliminated…until further notice.”

Southern California Gas said maintenance will cause its Aliso Canyon storage facility to lose 50 MMcf/d of injection capacity Wednesday and 20 MMcf/d from Thursday through next Monday.
