CIG declared a Strained Operating Condition (SOC) effective Monday until further notice. Service area forecasts indicate subzero temperatures, CIG said, “resulting in planned maximum withdrawals from storage.” See the bulletin board for details on SOC conditions.

Northern Natural Gas extended a System Overrun Limitation that it had issued for all market-area zones Sunday and Monday through at least Tuesday.

After limiting maximum withdrawals to 530,000 Dth/d at its Clay Basin storage facility last week (see Daily GPI, Jan. 27), Questar is further reducing the maximum to 490,000 Dth/d Tuesday. The limit on withdrawals to Northwest remains 320,000 Dth/d, Questar said.

Citing possible leaks, ANR said it is continuing unplanned pipeline maintenance at Eugene Island 307 and on the 708 Line (Cheniere Perdue). Both offshore Louisiana locations will remain shut in until further notice.

NGPL said it has rescheduled the end date of Gulf Coast #2 Line relocation work near Station 304 in Harrison County, TX. The project, which began Jan. 14 and was previously slated to last through Feb. 8, is now expected to be completed Feb. 15, NGPL said. See the bulletin board for a list of four Panola County, TX, meters that will not be available for flow during the work.
