Northern Natural Gas said it was ending Wednesday a System Overrun Limitation (SOL) for all market-area zones (ABC, D and EF) that had been in effect since last Saturday. However, at mid-afternoon Tuesday it said a new SOL would be implemented Thursday for Zone EF due to lower-than-normal system-weighted temperatures.

Pacific Gas and Electric did not extend a two-day systemwide Stage 2 low-inventory OFO beyond Tuesday.

Saying linepack on upstream pipe Transwestern had stabilized, Southwest Gas lifted a Stage 3 OFO Monday afternoon but encouraged customers “to ensure that actual takes match scheduled supplies.”

Tennessee said Tuesday it continues to make progress on leak repairs around Station 17 (East Bernard, TX) and plans to return all lines flowing through the station to service at a reduced maximum allowable operating pressure (MAOP) this week. Plans and work continue to return all lines to their original MAOP at a future date, Tennessee said, but based on current nominations, it does not anticipate any restrictions through the station.

Unplanned engine repairs at Joliet (IL) Compressor Station will continue, ANR said, reducing the total NGPL-Joliet Interconnect capacity to 90,000 Dth/d through next Tuesday. Based on current nominations, the pipeline anticipates that the constraint may result in curtailments of IT and Firm Secondary nominations.

Westcoast‘s Pine River Gas Plant will require a 75% Firm Raw Gas OPC (Overproduction Charge) Constraint during Wednesday’s gas day due to reduced capacity while the “A” process train is taken offline to replace valves on the inlet filtration system.
