Pacific Gas and Electric issued a systemwide Stage 2 low-inventory OFO for Monday on its California Gas Transmission system and kept it in place through at least Tuesday, maintaining penalties on both days of $1/Dth for exceeding a 5% tolerance on negative daily imbalances.

Northern Natural Gas extended a System Overrun Limitation for all market-area zones through at least Tuesday; the SOL originally had been issued for the Saturday-through-Monday period.

CIG ended Sunday the Strained Operating Condition that had been implemented on the previous Thursday.

Due to a systemwide low-linepack Alert Day being issued by Transwestern, Southwest Gas said it will keep a Stage 3 OFO in place until further notice to ensure that customer gas usage does not exceed scheduled quantities.

Rockies Express (REX) reported experiencing gas quality excursions at the Wamsutter Echo Springs receipt point that may jeopardize its ability to meet firm obligations and/or endanger safe operation and integrity of its system. The point has been shut in and REX said it is working with the point operator to resolve the problem, but scheduling reductions may be required up to and including suspending all receipts from the point.
