Pacific Gas and Electric issued a systemwide Stage 2 high-inventory OFO for Wednesday on its California Gas Transmission system, setting penalties of $1/Dth for exceeding a 5% tolerance on positive daily imbalances.

In extending an Overage Alert Day through at least Tuesday, Florida Gas Transmission tightened the tolerance for negative daily imbalances from 20% to 15%.

A Type 6 OFO for short imbalances will remain in place on Southern through at least Wednesday.

A unit outage at Mocane Compressor Station prompted CIG to declare a force majeure Monday. Effective with Evening Cycle nominations for Tuesday’s gas day, CIG reduced Mocane capacity from 66.5 MMcf/d to 22.0 MMcf/d through Friday.

Due to unforeseen circumstances, Gulf South said the SASOL Lake Charles Chemical and Roy Nelson Power Plant locations are unavailable for service during pipe maintenance on Index 198 (the 20-inch diameter Cities Service Line) near Westlake, LA. The work began Monday and is scheduled to continue through Wednesday; when it was announced over the weekend, no shipper impact was anticipated at that time.

TGT will begin unscheduled maintenance Wednesday on the mainline north of Columbia (LA) Compressor Station, which will require the Regency Riverton location to shut in. The work is expected to be complete by the start of Saturday’s gas day.
