Saying it had limited operational flexibility to manage imbalances and due to expected colder temperatures in its Northeast market area, Tennessee issued an Imbalance Warning in Zones 5 and 6 to take effect Monday. Tennessee also said Thursday it was lifting a force majeure on Line 527A-800 due to the sale of a damaged line section. “However, physical flow at…West Delta Block 109 will remain shut in until the purchasing party repairs the line” to Tennessee specifications, the pipeline said.

Saying linepack conditions had improved, Transwestern lifted Thursday afternoon the low-linepack Alert Day that had been posted for the West of Thoreau area.

ANR noted the Dec. 1 commencement of service for two new Southeast Mainline receipt points. The Fayetteville Express PL meter in Quitman County, MS, has capacity of 1,375 MMcf/d, ANR said, while the Tiger interconnect location in Richland Parish, LA, can handle 500 MMcf/d.

A TransCanada spokesman said the proposed in-service date for Bison Pipeline has now been moved back to mid-January. Bison previously had been expected to start up in mid-November (see Daily GPI, Oct. 22).
