Pacific Gas and Electric declared a systemwide Stage 2 high-inventory OFO on its California Gas Transmission system for Saturday, setting penalties of $1/Dth for exceeding a 5% tolerance on positive daily imbalances.

Tennessee said a force majeure will go into effect Tuesday due to a pressure reduction being necessary to conduct an anomaly investigation in the single-line segment between Main Line Valves 225-1 and 226-1. Tennessee currently anticipates restoring the segment to full service no later than Friday. The pressure reduction will substantially limit the amount of gas that can be moved through Station 224, the pipeline said. See the bulletin board for details of potential service restrictions that may be required and a list of four meters that will be shut in during the work.

Gulf South will perform about 24 hours of pipe maintenance starting at 7 a.m. CST Tuesday on Baxterville Field Line in Lamar County, MS. The Bass/Tellus and Baxterville CP#1 meters will be unavailable for service during this period.

Westcoast said late Thursday afternoon an issue concerning the Gordondale Compressor Station had been resolved and the compressor was returned to normal operation.

Southern Natural Gas (SNG) reported being notified by Southeast Supply Header (SESH) of required maintenance that will cut available capacity to zero at the SNG-SESH interconnect in central Mississippi during two separate periods this month — Nov. 13-16 and Nov. 20-23. Points where nominations will not be scheduled during these periods are SESH-CenterPoint to SNG, SESH-Gulf South to SNG and SESH-SESH to SNG.
