Citing limited operational flexibility, mild weather and testing at its Harrison storage field, Tennessee said a systemwide OFO Action Alert will become effective Thursday until further notice for all Balancing Parties. They are required to maintain an actual daily flow rate not exceeding 2% of scheduled quantities or 500 Dth, whichever is greater, for overdeliveries into the system and undertakes from it.

The Enterprise Waha Plant GE Turbine, along with El Paso‘s Solar turbines, are down for maintenance through Thursday. Without compression available at Waha, El Paso said it will be dependent on pressures at individual interconnects in the area. IMLWAHA was able to flow up to 100 MMcf/d on Monday but is now shut in through Thursday, El Paso said, while eight other interconnects can receive/deliver their normal volumes at Waha subject to the pressure limitations.

Kern River said it was completing required seal gas booster installations on each of the three units at Veyo Compressor Station from Tuesday through Thursday, but two of the compressors will remain available at any given time during this period. This is limiting Veyo capacity to 2,090,000 Dth/d, slightly less than the average daily scheduled quantity at Veyo of 2,121,440 Dth/d during the first half of September, Kern River said.

Westcoast said the Fort Nelson Gas Plant requires a 50% firm raw gas constraint for Wednesday’s gas day to allow for the removal and blinding of the sulfur plant train 10 outlet bypass valve. The work is expected to take four to six hours to complete.

Due to the time of year and potential weather impacts, Questar said it is postponing until next year testing in association with a project to uprate pressure in its ML 68 segment. The test was originally scheduled for Oct. 11-15.
