ANR reported shutting in the Eugene Island 188/189 meter offshore Louisiana until Sept. 15 to perform unplanned pipe maintenance “due to a possible leak.”

While it was doing anomaly investigations between the Kemmerer and Pegram compressor stations, Northwest said primary firm nomination requests through Kemmerer exceeded the available capacity of 470,000 Dth/d. Thus it announced a Declared Deficiency Period at Kemmerer that began Thursday and is expected to last through Sept. 10. Based on a design capacity of 655,000 Dth/d, the Daily Deficiency Volume is 185,000 Dth/d, Northwest said.

Vector Pipeline said it had ended Friday a pressure reduction between the Springville and Athens compressor stations that had begun Thursday due to unauthorized excavation over the pipe at milepost 103.37.
