Referring to "the dwindling amount of available capacity at the Jackson Prairie storage facility," Northwest asked customers to closely align their markets and supplies to avoid banking on the system. Receiving parties north of Kemmerer (WY) Compressor Station with gas banked on the system were urged to arrange drafting of the system to eliminate their imbalances. "Please note that gas being banked on the system north of Kemmerer may be injected into Clay Basin [storage facility operated by Questar]," Northwest said. If excessive banking continues, the pipeline said, it will declare a customer-specific and/or general entitlement for underruns for receiving parties north of Kemmerer.
