Two days after ending a previous one, Pacific Gas and Electric issued a new systemwide Stage 2 high-inventory OFO for Saturday on its California Gas Transmission system with $1/Dth penalties for exceeding a daily positive imbalance of 5%.

After warning about a potential one Thursday, Florida Gas Transmission went ahead and issued an Overage Alert Day for market-area customers Friday, citing forecasts of Florida high temperatures in the mid 90s.

Northern Natural Gas declared a System Underrun Limitation in all market-area zones through at least Sunday due to “decreasing system-weighted temperatures.”

Gulf South said it began unscheduled maintenance Friday on Index 250 (the 20-inch diameter Sterlington-Sarepta line in Claiborne Parish, LA) that will continue for about five days. Six upstream locations (see bulletin board for list) be shut in during the work, Gulf South said.
