Pacific Gas and Electric continued a Stage 2 high-inventory OFO on its California Gas Transmission system through at least Friday but further loosened the tolerance for daily positive imbalances from 6% to 13%.

Transwestern declared an OFO late Wednesday afternoon due to low linepack. To protect its operational integrity, Transwestern said it was limiting all delivery point nominations up to total system capacity. “Transwestern requests your immediate cooperation to review your projected receipts and deliveries and Transwestern shippers must ensure that receipts and deliveries in and out of the…system are within 100% of scheduled volumes,” the pipeline said.
