Pacific Gas & Electric declared a systemwide Stage 2 high-inventory OFO for Thursday on its California Gas Transmission system, setting penalties of $1/Dth for exceeding a 10% tolerance on positive daily imbalances.

Northwest said annual inspection work at the Soda Springs and Muddy Creek compressor stations has progressed better than anticipated, and it now projects completion of the work at both sites by Friday morning. Therefore, beginning with Friday’s gas day “the Muddy Creek North Constraint and the Soda Springs Compressor Station will be set to their respective design capacities of 652,000 Dth/d and 651,000 Dth/d,” the pipeline said. The Declared Deficiency Period at Muddy Creek North Constraint will end when design capacity is restored, it added.

Based on improved operating conditions in the Southwest Area and along its Southwest Mainline, ANR lifted Wednesday all restrictions on receipt capacity at the Beaver-CIG and REX-West (Rockies Express) interconnects.
