Pacific Gas & Electric issued a Stage 2 high-inventory OFO for Tuesday, setting penalties of $1/Dth for exceeding a 10% tolerance on positive daily imbalances.

With 90-degree weather forecasted for Florida Monday, Florida Gas Transmission declared an Overage Alert Day for market-area customers with 25% tolerance for negative daily imbalances. FGT said it would not interrupt previously scheduled market-area ITS-1 service for Monday’s gas day.

Northwest is performing live line welding and pigging facility installations near the Lava Hot Springs Compressor Station on Monday through Friday this week. Because Primary Firm nomination requests through this point currently exceed the available capacity of 471,000 Dth/d, Northwest said Sunday, it gave notice of a Declared Deficiency Period for Monday’s gas day that is expected to continue until the work is finished. The daily deficiency volume is 175,000 Dth, it added.

Repairs of a leak on the 527A-300 Line south of the West Delta 27A platform (see Daily GPI, June 18) were nearing completion, Tennessee said Sunday, and it planned to accept nominations for Monday’s gas day at three meters that had been required to shut in by the work.

CenterPoint issued an Operational Alert in connection with planned maintenance at Custer Compressor Station that begins Tuesday and continues through Friday. During this time station capacity will be reduced to 120,000 Dth/d, while will require a pro rata reduction in receipt nominations, based on current nomination levels.

Due to pressure incompatibility at the Greensburg CCP interconnect between Cheyenne Plains and ANR in Kansas, receipt capacity there must be limited to 184,000 Dth/d until further notice, ANR said Monday. Based on current nominations, pooling receipts from this location will be impacted, ANR said. It also noted that due to high pressure as a result of a downstream engine outage in Wisconsin in the Northern Fuel Segment (ML-7), ANR must limit receipt capacity at the Marshfield Viking interconnect 240,000 Dth/d until further notice, which based on current nominations is expected to cause curtailment of IT and Firm Secondary nominations. And in a third maintenance-related posting Monday, ANR said it must begin unplanned engine repairs Tuesday at St. John (IN) Compressor Station, also located in (ML-7. The total St. John west-east capacity will be reduced by 115 MMcf/d (leaving 1,190 MMcf/d available) through Wednesday, ANR said, and based on current nominations along the Michigan Legs, that work also is likely to to result in curtailment of IT and Firm Secondary nominations.
