Pacific Gas & Electric ended Saturday a systemwide Stage 2 high-inventory OFO that had been in effect for the previous three days.

Tennessee said Friday afternoon it had identified a leak on the 527A-300 Line south of the West Delta 27A platform offshore Louisiana. Divers were being dispatched, Tennessee said, and they would assess the damage as soon as conditions allowed. The Venice, West Delta 58C and West Delta 58D meters were required to shut in immediately until further notice. Tennessee allowed affected shipper nominations to remain in place for Friday, but said they must be taken to zero for the Timely nominations cycle at the start of Saturday’s gas day.

DCP Midstream will take the Wilcox gas processing plant in South Texas out of service Monday for maintenance, requiring that all upstream receipt points be shut in no later than 5 p.m. CDT that day for the duration of the outage (expected to last until the start of Thursday’s gas day) unless the receipt point has a scheduled and confirmed market that is upstream of the plant. TGT will begin Monday a scheduled outage of the Sharon (LA) Compressor Station that will last through June 30. The pipeline said it anticipates that this will limit maximum flow originating out of the station to about 450,000 MMBtu/d, affecting all meters on the Sharon-Carthage Line, including Texas Eastern-Sharon.

Westcoast said it will institute a 50% RGT (raw gas transmission) constraint Monday “to allow an orderly reintroduction of gas to the GV [Grizzly Valley] gathering system after the complete turnaround finishes.”

Southern Natural Gas said Friday it had repaired an engine that went down unexpectedly Wednesday at White Castle Compressor Station (see Daily GPI, June 14), causing a reduction of interruptible capacity in the South Louisiana supply area.

CenterPoint said Friday an Operational Alert involving maintenance that began June 4 at Ruston Compressor Station in North Louisiana (see Daily GPI, May 18) would be canceled effective with the start of Saturday’s gas day.

El Paso plans to take Roswell (NM) Station’s #3 unit down for unscheduled maintenance Monday and Tuesday, causing a 30 MMcf/d reduction of San Juan Crossover capacity.
