Pacific Gas & Electric extended a systemwide Stage 2 high-inventory OFO into its third day Friday, but after loosening the tolerance for positive daily imbalances from 5% to 16% Thursday, it tightened the tolerance to 11% for Friday.

Dominion reported encountering unexpected problems while working on its TL-280 segment and said Thursday all production in bubbles 5203, 5204, 5205, 5206, 5207, 5208 and 5211 behind the Big Run, Cherry Tree, Helvetia, Luthersburg, Rochester Mills and Stony Run compressor stations must be shut in immediately. Dominion said it did not know how long repairs may take to complete.

A gas quality issue has been reported at the Southern Star-Ford receipt point in Ford County, KS, NGPL said. Effective with Friday’s gas day this point will be unavailable until further notice.
