Tennessee said the start of a project to replace the regulator on Niagara Spur Lines 230B-100 and 230B-200 has been delayed by one day to June 19. During the work, which will last through June 22, the Niagara Spur will be isolated, Tennessee said, leaving the pipeline with “very limited flexibility regarding physical flow pathed through [Main Line Valve] 230B.” Tennessee may be required to restrict through a pro rata portion of Secondary in the Path nominations pathed through MLV 230B, and it recommended that volumes received at the Niagara River meter be delivered to meters on the spur upstream of MLV 230B to avoid potential restriction. See the bulletin board for a list of seven available delivery points.
