Pacific Gas & Electric extended a high-inventory OFO that had been issued for Saturday through Monday before ending it Tuesday.

TGT has scheduled a pipeline outage upstream of the Bastrop (LA) Compressor Station for Tuesday until the start of the June 18 gas day. This will result in zero available capacity for North Louisiana flows into the station, TGT said, and all gas flow originating from the Sharon (LA) Compressor Station will be limited to about 175,000 MMBtu/d in deliveries to the Baston-Eunice system near Guthrie, LA. The capacity cut will affect all meters on TGT’s North Louisiana system, including those on the 20-inch diameter Guthrie-Lisbon line.

Tennessee said it had determined during a Department of Transportation-required pipe integrity investigation that a further detailed investigation is required between Tivoli and Petronilla on the McAllen system in South Texas. It has lowered pressure in the McAllen system to a maximum of 700 psig from an interconnect with Mexico’s Petroleos Mexicanos (Pemex) to Blessing, TX. Furthermore, Tennessee anticipates that beginning Thursday that receipts and deliveries between the Pemex interconnect and Tivoli, TX, will be restricted until the remaining investigations are complete. The pipeline expects these investigations will take “several weeks.” See the bulletin board for a list of 50 affected meter stations.

Contingent on completion of ongoing repairs to Unit #2, Gulf South said it expects to begin about 30 days of scheduled maintenance on Bistineau Compressor Station Unit #4 on June 18. Injection capacity at the Bistineau Storage Field in North Louisiana could be reduced by 150,000 Dth/d during this work, but withdrawals should not be affected, Gulf South said.

Due to an engine failure, ANR began unplanned repairs Monday at the Marshfield (WI) Compressor Station that are reducing total Viking Gas Transmission-Marshfield receipt capacity by 60 MMcf/d, leaving 261 MMcf/d available. The work is expected to last through Friday, ANR said, and based on current nominations, it may result in the curtailment of IT and Firm Secondary nomination at Viking-Marshfield.
