With 90-degree weather forecasted in Florida Monday, Florida Gas Transmission notified market-area customers of the issuance of an Overage Alert Day at 25% tolerance. FGT said it would not interrupt previously scheduled market-area ITS-1 service for Monday’s gas day.

Pacific Gas & Electric narrowed a systemwide Stage 2 high-inventory OFO on its California Gas Transmission unit to a customer-specific one Sunday with 14% tolerance for positive daily imbalances before allowing the OFO to lapse Monday.

Southern California Gas extended a high-linepack OFO that had been implemented Saturday through Sunday, then lifted it Monday.

Noting that it will conduct the annual inspection of the La Plata B Compressor Station Tuesday, Northwest said Primary Firm nomination requests through this point currently exceed the available capacity of 187,000 Dth/d for that day. Therefore a Declared Deficiency Period will be in effect Tuesday, the pipeline added.. Based on a design capacity of 349,000 Dth/d, the “Daily Deficiency Volume” is 162,000 Dth/d, it said. The Deficiency period is expected to last for 24 hours. Northwest also reminded customers that it be will be performing live line welding near the Moab Compressor Station on Wednesday and the Pleasant View Compressor Station on Thursday. During the welding, the southbound available capacity will be 241,000 Dth/d through Moab and 311,000 Dth/d through Pleasant View, which will result in capacity reductions of 114,000 Dth/d and 41,000 Dth/d, respectively.

NOVA said it will begin three days of in-line inspection in Segment 1 of the Upper Peace River Mainline Wednesday. Firm service nominations will be reduced to 44% of allowable, the pipeline said.

Maritimes & Northeast said Monday it is requiring “all parties to trend their imbalances towards zero” until further notice.
