Citing high linepack and forecasts of warm weather, MRT said it will implement a System Protection Warning (SPW) at the start of Wednesday’s gas day. See the bulletin board for details of the SPW conditions.

Questar said Monday afternoon it had experienced an “electrical issue” at its Clay Basin storage facility and as a result was reducing injection capacity to 175,000 Dth/d for FSS/ISS customers and to 25,000 Dth/d for Park and Loan service beginning with Cycle 2 nominations for Tuesday’s gas day. “Technicians are currently working to bring the station back to full capacity,” and an updated bulletin board message would be posted as new information becomes available.

Southern California Gas said Monday emergency machining repairs on the fan system at its Goleta storage facility have caused the loss of 35 MMcf/d of injection capacity until further notice. The utility extended a high-linepack OFO through at least Wednesday.

TGT reported receiving notice from DCP Midstream that DCP will be unable to deliver any gas to the pipeline at the Champlin Plant in Panola County, TX, during the April 1-8 period while construction/maintenance work is performed.

Transco said it will perform pipeline relocation work downstream of the Linden, NJ, constraint point Saturday to accommodate the needs of the Port Authority of New York/New Jersey. As a result, Transco will cut to zero the availability of IT and Secondary Firm transportation service through Linden that day. The work will not affect deliveries to other markets in Zone 6 and is not expected to last more than one day, the pipeline said.

Florida Gas Transmission said Tuesday it will continue performing scheduled maintenance on a unit at Compressor Station 6, with the compressor’s outage expected to last past the middle of April. During this work FGT will schedule up to approximately 225,000 MMBtu/d through the station; during normal operations it schedules up to 300,000 MMBtu/d.
