Dominion reported experiencing mechanical problems Tuesday with Engines 7 and 8 at Cornwell Compressor Station and said production in bubbles 2205, 2206 and 2207 must be reduced about 30% until further notice. Dominion also plans to replace a section of its H-21777 segment during the first full week of March. Production in bubble 2301 behind Shadd, Oozley and Hardman as well as gas feeding directly into H-21777 south of Clear Fork gate junction 855 must be shut in during the actual replacement, the pipeline said. If all goes well, production will need to shut in only next Wednesday, but the possibility exists that the shut-ins may need to last from Monday through Wednesday, it added.

Texas Eastern noted that at the end of each storage withdrawal period throughout the winter of 2006/2007, it has issued customer-specific OFOs to customers who exceeded their recommended withdrawal limits at the end of each period. “These OFOs have remained in effect unless specifically canceled by Texas Eastern when customers have injected the required volumes to bring them back into plan,” the pipeline said. It reported Wednesday that based on current inventory levels and forecast withdrawals, the individual storage OFOs are no longer necessary to preserve storage deliverability to meet firm withdrawal entitlements, and thus all individual storage OFOs have been canceled.

Westcoast restored its normal imbalance tolerance range of +10%/-10% Wednesday.

Gulf South will begin scheduled maintenance March 9 on Goodrich Compressor Station’s Unit #4 that is expected to continue until June 9. Capacity through the station could be reduced by as much as 50,000 Dth/d during this work, the pipeline said.
