Northwest lifted its remaining Overrun Entitlement (see Daily GPI, Jan. 18) Saturday. The pipeline thanked customers for securing more Canadian supply and encouraged the continuation of this trend in order to avoid OFOs.

Saying it was at Northwest’s request, Questar announced that it will begin limiting volumes delivered to Northwest from Clay Basin to 240,000 Dth/d beginning Tuesday.

A leak on NGPL‘s 8-inch diameter lateral in Wheeler County, TX (see Daily GPI, Jan. 12) has been repaired and the line has been returned to service, the pipeline said Friday.

Columbia Gulf ordered late Thursday that nominations at the Vermilion 86, 54 and 45/57 meters be reduced to zero immediately until further notice as it prepares to repair a leak on the Bluewater 200 Loop Line on the Western Shore Line between Vermilion 245 and Pecan Island offshore Louisiana (see Daily GPI, Jan. 17). Six other Columbia Gulf meters and 22 Tennessee meters (Tennessee is co-owner of the Bluewater system) may continue to experience lower-than-normal pressures during the repair preparations, Columbia Gulf said.

Due to adverse weather, Southern California Gas postponed relocation of a section of Line 225 between Main Line Valves 9a and 10 that had been set for Tuesday. The work, which will be rescheduled, will cause both the loss of 1 Bcf/d of withdrawal capacity at the Honor Ranch storage facility and a loss of 530 MMcf/d of Wheeler Ridge border receipt capacity.

Reflecting an easing of excess linepack, Westcoast reset its imbalance tolerance range Saturday from zero pack/20% draft to 5% pack/15% draft.
