MRT lifted Monday the System Protection Warning that it had implemented Saturday.
Northwest said late Friday its integrity contractor had provided the pipeline with pig run data through the Pleasant View-to-La Plata corridor that show anomalies "requiring immediate attention." To make repairs, Northwest must reduce its operating pressure, which will lower operational capacity to 275,000 Dth/d. Northwest said it made tentative balancing arrangements with interconnecting pipelines to keep nominations at design capacity through Monday's gas day, but if Primary service nominations through this corridor starting Tuesday exceed the operational capacity, Northwest will declare a deficiency period and cut nominations accordingly. The pipeline said it was still in the process of developing its project plan to address the anomaly repairs, but preliminary estimates indicated that next Friday "is the earliest date that the design capacity will be restored."
Due to a mechanical failure at Greasewood Compressor Station, Questar reduced nominations to TransColorado at the MAP 297 interconnect to 35,000 Dth/d Saturday until further notice.
Citing unplanned engine repairs at Patterson (LA) Compressor Station, ANR began restricting Patterson-to-Eunice Compressor Station delivery in the Southeast Gathering Area to 650,000 Dth/d Sunday. The restriction, which will run through Friday, is expected to cause curtailment of Firm Secondary and IT nominations. "It is also anticipated that meters between Patterson and Eunice will experience lower than normal delivery pressures for the duration of this outage," ANR said.
Transco said it expects a return to normal market conditions that will allow it to resume accommodating due-pipeline imbalance make-up nominations beginning Tuesday. It also will allow excess storage injection nominations under Rate Schedules GSS, WSS and WSS-OA Tuesday until further notice.
