Three pipelines ended on Saturday OFO-like constraints that had been implemented two days earlier. They were MRT and its System Protection Warning; East Tennessee Natural Gas and its secondary restrictions along with Maximum Allowable Delivery (MAD) service; and Southern Natural Gas and its Type 6 OFO for short imbalances.

Effective with Cycle 1 nominations Friday, Questar lifted a zero-tolerance OFO against either drafting or packing its system that had been issued in mid-October (see Daily GPI, Oct. 16). “Both producers and shippers are reminded that nominations and actual volumes should closely align to avoid having to reinstate the restriction,” the pipeline said. On Thursday Questar began allowing customers to transfer gas into ISS (Interruptible Storage Service) accounts and said it will continue to evaluate the possibility of ISS injections as reservoir inventory decreases.
