Wyoming Interstate Co. (WIC) accepted nominations Tuesday for its full Wyoming capacity because it anticipated having the Wyoming mainline back in service Wednesday only four days after the rupture 10 miles south-southwest of Cheyenne, WY. Gas flow through the Medicine Bow Lateral was not impacted by the mainline rupture. CIG also accepted nominations on Tuesday for its full Wyoming capacity on WIC. On Tuesday CIG’s capacity across Wyoming was limited to 600 MMcf/d at its Laramie East constraint point.

Pacific Gas and Electric’s California Gas Transmission system announced a high inventory systemwide operational flow order for Wednesday. The stage two OFO carries a noncompliance charge of $1/Dth . The tolerance band was set at 5%.

As Tuesday’s gas day, Northern Natural said the Matagorda Offshore Pipeline System (MOPS) resumed normal operations and all production was being returned to service. Apache also completed the rebuild and commissioning of the Tivoli liquid stabilization facility. Northern said it anticipated bringing about 17 platforms back online subject to weather.
