Sea Robin Pipeline reported completion of pigging operations on its mainline from the offshore Vermilion 149 platform into Erath Station in South Louisiana, and said Wednesday the onshore liquid separation facility operated by Devon Energy is no longer restricting flows (see Daily GPI, May 10). Normal operating pressures have been restored, Sea Robin said.

Maritimes & Northeast Pipeline in the United States said it has been informed by the operator of the Sable Offshore Energy Project (SOEP) that the dates for planned outages of SOEP processing facilities have changed. The outages are now tentatively scheduled for May 15-20 and again May 26-31. Maritimes said it understands there will be no supply available from the facilities during these periods, and as a result no volumes will be scheduled to flow south through the Baileyville Compressor Station. Citing limited operational flexibility during the outages, Maritimes said no due-shipper imbalance resolution or creation of due-pipe imbalances will be allowed. During the outages, Maritimes said, it will transport gas if confirmed supply is available. “The only potential receipt point available during the outages will be the Westbrook interconnect with the Portland Natural Gas Transmission System,” Maritimes said in urging shippers to contact their gas suppliers to confirm alternate arrangements if necessary.

NOVA said Wednesday the completion of pipeline modifications on the Nevis Lateral (see Daily GPI, May 4) will be delayed until Thursday at 4 p.m. MDT. At that time Firm service will be restored on the Bashaw Lateral and the IT allowable will be 8%, NOVA said. IT on the Nevis Lateral (partial Segment 17) will remain at zero allowable for the duration of the restriction, it added.
