NGPL said its Gulf Coast system was at capacity Tuesday for northbound flow upstream and through Station 309 (Segment 27), and ITS/AOR transportation was at risk of not getting fully scheduled. Based on anticipated level of high nominations due to the cold weather in the Market Delivery Zone the availability of this service is extremely unlikely, the pipeline said. Secondary out-of-path transportation is at risk of not getting fully scheduled on Wednesday, it added. It will be requiring withdrawals from NSS to be on an in-the-path transportation.

Tennessee Gas declared a force majeure event due to a barge accident that caused damage to the 5A-200 Line Monday. It will require operators and producers to keep physical flow and scheduled volumes at zero for Meter 01-2566 (Mustang Island) for two weeks. Valve section 5A-202 will be taken out of service to install a temporary receiver to pig all of the water out of valve section 5A-203 Line next week. Tennessee also requires that flows be at zero for the following meters: 01-2596 Harbor City, 02-0634 Ingleside Sales, 02-0716 Ingleside Sales.

Kern River said that line pack returned to normal operating levels. However, due to upcoming maintenance at the Salt Lake Compressor Station, it requested that shippers refrain from drafting.
