Florida Gas Transmission allowed an Overage Alert Day notice that was issued Tuesday to lapse Wednesday.

Kern River reported "very low" linepack conditions in its farthest upstream segment Wednesday and said it believes that Williams Field Services likely reduced scheduled quantities from the WFS-operated Opal Plant in Tuesday's Intraday 2 nominations cycle due to an emergency shutdown test that was conducted at the plant that day.

Citing unexpected line repairs, Dominion said it must take a section of its TL-413 line out of service for about eight hours Thursday. See the bulletin board for a list of bubbles behind the Camden, Kennedy, Law, Weston and Davis Stations that must shut in by 7 a.m. EDT that day.

Westcoast said it encountered a problem with a gate valve on the receiving barrel of the 20-inch Buick line in the Fort St. John gathering region that will require some unexpected repairs in preparation for a previously scheduled tool run. The work will entail blowing down the Buick line from Bluehills to Mile 73, the pipeline said, and is expected to last 15 hours starting at 6 a.m. MDT Thursday, impacting all production upstream of Bluehills. See the bulletin board for a list of receipt points that will see higher pressures and may be pressured off completely during the project.

Southern Natural said it has experienced delays due to inclement weather in its construction schedule to restore production at facilities damaged last year by Hurricane Ivan. Following is a summary of its latest progress projections that was posted Wednesday (affected receipt points are in parentheses): The latest estimated in-service date for the 24-inch Main Pass 289-298 line is June 25 (Main Pass 288 Conoco, Main Pass 289-Main Pass 290 Shell and Main Pass 289 VKGC). The latest estimated in-service date for the 12-inch Main Pass 144 lateral is July 3 (Main Pass 133 C, Main Pass 123 Pogo, Main Pass 144 Chevron and Main Pass 296). The 18-inch Main Pass 306 lateral is still expected to be in service by July 4 (Main Pass 306 and Main Pass 293-Main Pass 306 Sun). The in-service date for the remaining shut-in receipt point, Mississippi Canyon 20-BP, is dependent on third-party repairs, the pipeline said.
