As part of Evening Cycle scheduling for Friday's gas day, Tennessee said it anticipated adjusting each Zone 0 100 Leg Supply Aggregation Contract to a tolerance of 100 dekatherms. Pool receipts and deliveries will be adjusted based on rankings provided in the contract, the pipeline said. It also urged Zone 1 100 Leg Supply Aggregation customers to review their pool imbalances for Friday and resolve any exceeding the 100-dekatherm limit by Cycle 1 scheduling in order to avoid having those adjusted.

A day after changing its imbalance tolerance to 0/-4 due to rising linepack, NOVA restored the normal +4/-4 tolerance Thursday morning.

Third-party abandonment and removal of the Brazos Block A-20 platform will require Transco to reconfigure and reroute the pipeline that currently connects there. Transco said the work is currently scheduled to begin on or about Feb. 1 and will last for an estimated two weeks. During this period, production from the Brazos A-23 and A-19 blocks will not be available for flow to Transco, affecting approximately 110 MMcf/d.

Exhaust system repairs on White Rock Station's #2 unit will continue through Feb. 12, reducing San Juan Basin capacity by about 175 MMcf/d, El Paso said. Previously it had expected the turbine outage to end around Feb. 2 (see Daily GPI, Jan. 21).

The owners and/or operators of processing plants that service ANR's Southeast Area have informed the pipeline that based on their current analysis of processing economics, beginning Feb. 1 "they will not process gas absent the issuance of a gas quality requirement by ANR," according to a bulletin board posting. ANR said it has determined that it must take temporary action to assure safe and reliable service during February. ANR is establishing a hydrocarbon dew point limit of 20 degrees Fahrenheit for receipts into the Southeast Area that will remain in effect through the end of the month. Meters delivering into ANR in the affected area that exceed the limit and are upstream of a processing plant must have their gas processed. See the bulletin board for further details.

Unscheduled repairs on Unit #1 at Custer (OK) Station have been completed and the associated Operational Alert has been lifted, CenterPoint reported.
