Projecting linepack falling beneath its minimum target levelsthrough Friday, Pacific Gas & Electric issued acustomer-specific OFO for today.

ANR declared an OFO Tuesday requiring that firm shippers whohave nominated Marshfield, WI (site of the Viking interconnect) asa delivery point may not increase nominations until further notice.Conversely firm shippers who have nominated Marshfield as a receiptpoint may not decrease nominations until further notice.

Work is continuing on the ruptured Haven 400 Line segment (seeDaily GPI, Dec. 12), Panhandle Eastern said, but it now estimatesrepairs will be completed today instead of on Tuesday as originallyexpected. Panhandle Eastern also reported experiencing a leakMonday on the Phillips-Hansford line. A segment containing thePhillips-Hansford Meter #09900 has been removed from service forrepairs, which the pipeline estimated would be completed today.

El Paso said it has identified a potential problem with Line1201 that required reducing San Juan Basin capacity from 2,700MMcf/d to 2,500 MMcf/d for Monday’s Cycle 4 nominations. The limitwas raised to 2,600 MMcf/d for Tuesday’s Cycle 2, where it likelyto remain at least through Dec. 18 when Line 1200 is due to returnto service, El Paso said.

Columbia Gas began an open season Tuesday that will close Dec.26 and is being held to assess interest in summer seasonal capacityin the Darbyville, OH area. Depending on the interest expressed,Columbia is considering modifying facilities to make capacityavailable for transportation to a proposed new delivery point atDarbyville (Columbia’s Market Area 6). The pipeline proposes tomake capacity available for summer-only (i.e., May throughSeptember) no notice service.

The associated receipt points would be interconnects with TGT,ANR and Texas Eastern at Lebanon, OH, and with Texas Eastern atHooker, OH. Columbia said it also will consider requests in theopen season for capacity to other delivery points in Ohio. MinimumFT contract terms will be five years.
