Northwest issued a Declared Stage III Overrun Entitlement PeriodFriday, effective until further notice, citing “continual unauthorizeddrafting of the system resulting in excessive unrequested withdrawalsfrom Jackson Prairie” storage. The entitlement applies to deliverypoints north of the Kemmerer (WY) Compressor Station and subjectsshippers to penalties for overtakes exceeding a 13% tolerance aboveconfirmed nominations. A Stage I entitlement had been canceled on theprevious Sunday (see Daily GPI, Oct. 3).

In addition, Northwest said it had determined that completion ofSoda Springs (WY) Compressor Station repairs would take until Sunday(Oct. 8), and thus its notice of a Deficiency Period was extendedthrough that date. The pipeline originally had expected to finish thework Thursday (see Daily GPI, Oct. 2).

Citing “significant demand” in its market area, Florida GasTransmission issued an Overage Alert Day notice Friday, effectiveuntil further notice. The notice carries a 10% tolerance fornegative daily imbalances.

ANR said its previously posted Tanzanite field constructionschedule (see Daily GPI, Oct. 3) hasbeen significantly reduced. Eugene Island 327 will be shut inOct. 11-16, while Eugene Island 341 and 371 will be shut in Oct13-15. The original schedule had all blocks shut in Oct. 7-18.

El Paso postponed work on Line 3132 until Wednesday, when theline will be shut in for one day only to install a new roadcrossing at Highway 87 in West Texas. Two points will not be ableto flow to El Paso that day; however, ICONSTER has not beenscheduling in recent months and ISUNJAME normally schedules onlyabout 5 MMcf/d, the pipeline said.

Northern Natural Gas shut down the #1 unit at its Jal (NM)Compressor Station for unplanned repairs that are expected to lastthrough Oct. 30. The #2 unit remains available, NNG said, sostation capacity is cut in half to about 32,000 MMBtu/d.
