Pacific Gas & Electric, projecting above-target linepack today through Sunday, issued a customer-specific OFO effective today until further notice.
High Island Offshore System has scheduled maintenance for Oct. 6-11 at the HIA 264 platform, during which no gas from seven East Leg platforms will be allowed to flow. HIOS planned the work to coincide with repairs ANR's Grand Chenier Station, which has been scheduled for the Oct. 3-16 period (see Daily GPI, Aug. 16). During this period HIOS deliveries to ANR at West Cameron 167 will be limited to about 425,000 MMBtu/d.
Kinder Morgan said the sale of the Buffalo Wallow portion of its interstate transmission system in Oklahoma to subsidiaries of Oneok Inc. will become effective Oct. 1, requiring that Buffalo Wallow shippers make their nominations for October business to Oneok.
